  • Enterprise: Highest quotas and limits, custom integrations, dedicated support

Pro Tip

Pro Tip: Basic Monthly plans include a 14-day free trial. See Billing & Subscriptions for full plan details and shared vs dedicated quotas. You won't be charged until the trial period ends.

Create Your First Project

Projects help you organize content by website, client, or campaign. Think of a project as a folder that contains all your research, articles, and publishing settings for one specific website.

Fill in the following information:

  • Project Name: Give your project a clear name (e.g., "Main Website", "Client: ABC Corp", "Holiday Campaign")
  • Description: Briefly describe what this project is for
  • Company Name: The business this content is for
  • Website URL: The website where you'll publish content
  • Industry: Select the relevant industry (helps with keyword research)
  • Author Information: Optional contact details for article bylines

  1. Set this project as your active project
  2. Initialize your onboarding checklist
  3. Redirect you to connect your publishing platforms

Understanding Your Quotas

The sidebar shows your usage quotas in real-time. One billing system covers both Traffic and Lead Generation.

Shared quotas (credit-based)—one monthly allowance shared by multiple features. When you run out, you can buy On-Demand add-ons (one-time, don't expire) where available:

  • SEO Research & Lead Search: Keyword research, SERP analysis, and Lead Search share one pool
  • Content Generation & Lead Enrichment: Articles, content plans, and lead enrichment share one pool
  • Integration & Email Sending: Integrations and email campaigns share one pool
  • Site Diagnostics: Site audits have their own pool

Dedicated limits (slot-based)—plan-based only; no add-ons. Upgrade or free a slot to get more:

Projects: Maximum projects per team

Team Members: Maximum invitees per workspace

  • Traffic Monitoring: Number of URLs you can track

Note

Note: If you run out of a shared quota, you can purchase On-Demand credits from the Billing page (one-time, don't expire). Dedicated limits (Projects, Team members, Traffic monitor) don't have add-ons—upgrade your plan or free a slot.
