Third-Party Business Contact Data (Lead Data)

FiveBucks provides lead search and enrichment features by integrating with licensed third-party data providers (such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo). When you use these features, we may process professional/business contact information made available through those providers in order to deliver the functionality you request. We do not operate as a data broker and we do not independently scrape or sell personal data. Lead/contact data shown in the platform is sourced through our third-party providers and used only to provide our Services to you.

Professional identifiers (name, job title, company, business phone where available)
Business email and related deliverability/verification signals where provided by the data source
Company and firmographic information (industry, company size, website, location)
Source metadata and enrichment fields returned by the integrated provider

Our Role: Data Controller vs Data Processor

Controller: We act as a controller for account registration, billing, customer support, and operation of our website. Processor: We may act as a processor when we process Lead Data inside the platform on your instructions (e.g., search, enrichment, CRM workflows).

Choices, Opt-Out, and Removal Requests

If you believe your professional contact information appears in our lead features and you would like to request removal, you may contact us at privacy@fivebucks.ai. We will coordinate with the relevant data provider where appropriate to fulfill your request in accordance with applicable law. Customers using outreach features are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and applicable marketing laws (e.g., anti-spam, do-not-call registries) in their jurisdiction.

Subprocessors

We use subprocessors to provide lead search and enrichment. Our licensed B2B data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo) may process Lead Data in accordance with their privacy programs and our agreements. A list of key subprocessors is available in our Data & Compliance page.

Payment Information
