Manage your subscription plan, view usage, download invoices, and update payment methods. One billing system covers both Traffic Generation and Lead Generation—your plan and quotas apply across both.

Managing Your Billing

Your billing dashboard shows your current plan, included features and quotas, payment information, and invoices. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, update payment methods, and view all the features and limits included with your subscription.

Shared quotas (credit-based)

A shared quota is one monthly allowance that multiple features draw from. For example:

SEO Research & Lead Search share one bucket—keyword research, SERP analysis, and Lead Search all use the same credit pool.
Content Generation & Lead Enrichment share one bucket—articles, content plans, and lead enrichment all use the same pool.
Integration & Email Sending share one bucket (integrations and email campaigns).
Site Diagnostics has its own bucket (audits).

When you run out of a shared quota, you can buy additional quotas (one-time On-Demands that don't expire) without changing your plan.

Dedicated limits (slot-based)

Projects, Traffic monitor, Team members, and Storage are dedicated limits: each project, monitor, member, or storage use takes one slot from your plan. There are no On-Demands for these—when you hit the limit, you must upgrade your plan or free a slot (e.g. remove a project or team member).

Navigate to Your Billing Dashboard

From any page, click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select the "Billing" tab. You'll see your complete billing overview.

The dashboard shows:

Current Plan: Your subscription tier (Free Trial, Basic, Professional, or Enterprise)
Billing Cycle: When your current period started and ends
Plan Features & Quotas: All features and quota limits included in your plan
Payment Method: Your card details on file
Invoice History: Download past invoices

Understanding Your Free Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with access to Basic plan features. During the trial:

View Your Plan Features & Quotas

Your billing dashboard shows Plan Features (monthly allowances) and Quota Rates (how actions use them). Shared quotas appear as one allowance shared by several actions—e.g. SEO Research & Lead Search share one pool (research, SERP analysis, and Lead Search all draw from it); Content Generation & Lead Enrichment share another. These can be topped up with On-Demands. Dedicated limits (Projects, Team members, Traffic monitor, Storage) are slot-based: each item uses one slot; no On-Demands—upgrade or free a slot to get more.

Note

Note: Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused quotas don't roll over to the next month.

Update Your Payment Method

Need to change your credit card or billing address? Click "Update Payment" in the "Payment Method" card.

You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment portal where you can:

Add a new credit or debit card
Update existing card information
Change billing address
Set a default payment method

Pro Tip: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers—they're encrypted and stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

View and Download Invoices

Need receipts for accounting? Click "View Invoices" to see all your past payments.

For each invoice, you can:

Download PDF: Professional invoice for your records
View Online: See invoice details in your browser
Check Status: See if payment succeeded or failed

Note

Note: Invoices are generated automatically when your subscription renews or when you make one-time purchases (like On-Demand quotas). You'll also receive invoices by email.

Purchase On-Demand Quotas

Running low on a shared quota (e.g. SEO Research & Lead Search, Content Generation & Lead Enrichment, Integration & Email Sending, or Site Diagnostics)? You can purchase additional credits for that bucket without upgrading your plan. On-Demands are one-time purchases that never expire. Dedicated limits (Projects, Traffic monitor, Team members, Storage) don't have On-Demands—upgrade your plan or free a slot if you need more.

Cancel or Pause Your Subscription

Need to cancel? We're sorry to see you go. Click "Cancel Plan" in the "Cancel Your Plan" card.

Cancellation options:

Cancel at Period End: Keep access until your current billing cycle ends (recommended)
Cancel Immediately: Lose access right away (no refund for unused time)

Note

Note: If you cancel during a free trial, you lose access immediately and won't be charged. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period—we don't offer prorated refunds.

Your content and data are never deleted when you cancel. If you reactivate later, everything will be exactly as you left it.
